  4. Flash & Pics Control is distributed as freeware.
  5. This means:

  7. 1. All copyrights to Flash & Pics Control are exclusively owned by
  8. UnH Solutions, Inc.
  9.  
  10. 2. Flash & Pics Control may be freely distributed, with exceptions noted below,
  11. provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company 
  12. may charge a fee for the distribution of Flash & Pics Control without written 
  13. permission from the copyright holder. Flash & Pics Control may not be bundled or 
  14. distributed with any other package without written permission of
  15. the copyright holder.

  17. 3. Flash & Pics Control IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS 
  18. EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. UNH SOLUTIONS, INC. WILL NOT BE 
  19. LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE 
  20. USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  22. 4. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, 
  23. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or 
  24. any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. 
  25. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of 
  26. this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

  28. 5. UnH Solutions, Inc. has the right to move of Flash & Pics Control to
  29. shareware at any time without preliminary notificaton.

  31. 6. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by UnH Solutions, Inc.

  33. 7. This license agreement will be governed by and construed in
  34. accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. You agree and consent
  35. that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and proceedings
  36. of any kind relating to UnH Solutions, Inc. or the matters in this license agreement
  37. shall be exclusively in courts located in the Russian Federation.

  39. 8. Installing and using Flash & Pics Control signifies acceptance of
  40. these terms and conditions of the license.

  42. 9. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove 
  43. Flash & Pics Control files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

  45. 10. Current license agreement terminates all previous license agreements for 
  46. Flash & Pics Control.
